Compare job value with the Launch fee

Enter your own assumptions to compare gross job value with the current monthly Launch fee. This is illustrative, not a return forecast.

Know when each limit applies

New quotes

Creating a new persisted quote counts against the quote counter. Each plan's counter resets by calendar month.

First invoice shares

An invoice draft does not count when created. Its first share counts against a separate invoice counter; re-sharing that sent or viewed invoice does not count again.

When a limit is reached

Qubic blocks the relevant new quote or first invoice share and provides an upgrade path until the counter resets. The two counters are tracked separately.

How the Launch trial starts

Registration asks for account and business details, not card or payment details. Choosing Launch starts the current 14-day trial. If you decide to subscribe, you initiate a PayFast payment from inside Qubic.

If you do not subscribe

When an unpaid Launch trial ends, that business returns to the currently available Starter entitlements and limits unless a successful Launch payment applies.

Two different PayFast uses

A Qubic user may initiate payment for a Qubic subscription. Separately, a Launch business can connect its own PayFast merchant account so its customers can pay accepted quotes or invoices. Qubic does not hold those customer funds.

VAT

Qubic can calculate and display 15% VAT on customer quotes and invoices when enabled. That merchant-document feature is separate from Qubic subscription fees. GetQubic is not currently VAT registered, R99 is the total Launch amount payable and no VAT is added. Qubic does not promise a tax invoice or separate subscription receipt.

Payments and deposits

Depending on the document state, a connected business may offer a quote deposit, full amount or remaining amount, and an invoice balance. Manual payment marking remains available for EFT, cash or other offline arrangements.

Subscription management

An authorised user can cancel Launch in Business Settings. Paid access continues to the recorded paid-period end, and trial access continues to the recorded trial-end date. Where available, Keep Launch can undo a pending cancellation before that end date. See the Terms of Service.

Focused product scope

Qubic supports quotes, invoices, customer-facing sharing, payment status, follow-up and basic customer and document history. It is not a complete accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll or general-ledger system.
