Qualification timeline
A referral can qualify once the referred business has completed at least two successful monthly Launch payments, at least 60 days have passed since its first successful paid Launch payment, and its Launch subscription is active. Qubic checks qualification when a successful subscription payment is applied.
A new account registers while the valid referral code is available. Qubic checks the code and attaches it to the new account’s first business.
The new business may use Starter or begin the normal 14-day Launch trial. Neither signup nor the trial counts as a paid month.
An eligible R50 discount is included in the first successful monthly Launch checkout. The referral moves beyond Pending first payment.
At least two successful monthly Launch payments and at least 60 days from the first successful paid Launch payment are required.
Qubic checks the cumulative requirements when a successful subscription payment is applied. It is not scheduled automatically for day 60.
Once qualified, R50 becomes available to the referring business for a later eligible monthly Launch checkout.
How rewards are applied
Qubic tracks and applies these two benefits separately.
Available R50 credits that are not used remain available for a later eligible monthly Launch checkout under the current programme implementation.
Approved programme Terms may govern future availability. Credit is not cash and is not used against a R0 checkout. The current application provides no participant workflow for moving credit between businesses.
After every three qualified referrals, the referring business earns an additional month of Launch access. The reward is redeemed after a later successful monthly Launch payment, and the additional month is added to the paid subscription period.
The next checkout is not skipped, PayFast is not bypassed and only one available additional month is redeemed after each successful monthly Launch payment.

Referral codes, progress, credit and additional-month rewards belong to the active Qubic business.
Owners, admins and members can share. Viewers see programme rules but cannot share the code.

The app keeps the referred business anonymous in the referring business’s list.
The referred business has registered, but its first successful monthly Launch payment has not been recorded.
The first successful payment is recorded. Further payment, 60-day and active-Launch requirements may still be outstanding.
All implemented qualification requirements were met and the referring business’s R50 credit is available.
Important rules
The programme rules reflect approved owner decisions. Formal legal review remains required before the revised referral Terms are deployed.
An existing account or a user who already owns or belongs to another Qubic business cannot qualify as a newly referred business.
The app accepts one correctly formatted QBC referral value and checks it during new-business creation. A code cannot be added later to make an existing business eligible.
Each business has its own code, referral progress and reward ledger. Select the correct active business before sharing.
Failed payments, Starter use, trials and inactive subscriptions do not satisfy the paid-and-active qualification conditions.
R50 credits have no cash value. Available credits are applied only to eligible monthly Launch checkouts and are not used to create a R0 checkout.
The website does not reveal who owns a code. The referring business sees generic status information, not the referred business’s name, email or payment records.

These answers match the current application.
An eligible new Qubic business receives R50 off its first paid monthly Launch subscription. The discount does not change the Starter plan, the Launch trial, normal product limits or the standard Launch price before the discount. The referral is checked during registration and is not guaranteed by the website.

No. Referral attribution is for a genuinely new Qubic account and its first business. A user who already owns or belongs to another Qubic business cannot attach a referral to a later business.
Failed or unapplied payments do not count. The referred business must have an active Launch subscription when Qubic checks qualification. A cancelled, expired, past-due or Starter business does not qualify unless a later successful monthly Launch payment is applied while the qualification conditions are satisfied.
No. The website checks only the verified QBC code format. Qubic validates attribution and eligibility during account registration and later subscription activity. An absent, malformed, inactive or unknown code does not block ordinary signup.
